Low-Mid T-Spine ELDOA
In this class we do some awareness of the T-Spine followed by; ELDOA T12-L1, T10-T11, T8-T9, T7-T8, T6-T7 and L5-S1. Then we follow up the ELDOA with a Global Postural Stretch go the T-Spine.
