Reinforcement of: 3 of the quads, 3 parts of the glute max, transversospinalis both above and below the navel and external obliques above and below the navel. Myofascial Stretching of: quads, glute max, transversospinalis and external oblique. GPS in negative torsion. GDN of the hip. ELDOA: T8-T9, C4-C5 and L5-S1. GPS of the thoracic cage.
