In this video I perform an intermediate workout. I start with a muscle isolation exercise and then I perform a compound movement immediately after. The exercises are; Glute Max, Dead Lift, Fly, Chest Press, Butterflies, Row, Lateral Raise and CHEK Press. Following by stretching of the pec major, glute max and L5-S1 ELDOA
