The Whole You: Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
We exercise up to seven times a week, but we may eat at least 21 times a week. And we deal with the stresses of work, family and daily living continuously. Yet most fitness programs focus solely on exercise, and that is why they fail. At H3 we believe nutrition and lifestyle are integral parts of any successful fitness program. Remember, exercise at the cellular level is stress; we stress our bodies when we exercise, so we need to balance exercise with proper nutrition, plenty of rest and time for the things we enjoy.
