Nancy is a registered dietitian (RD) and board
certified specialist in sports dietetics. She teaches everyone from professional athletes to casual
exercisers how to have more energy, lose undesired body fat, enjoy a winning sports diet—and feel
confident about their food choices.
Nancy has worked with athletes from the Boston Celtics and Boston College, and she was the team
nutritionist for the Boston Red Sox. That’s in addition to scores of collegiate, elite and Olympic athletes
from many different sports. She is the author of Nancy Clark’s Sports Nutrition Guidebook, which has
sold more than 750,000 copies and is now in its 6th edition
