This is the last Golf Body Pro Workout that focuses on segmental strengthening. The other workout will be more geared towards global and golf specific exercises. In this program we reinforce the gluteus medius, adductors, biceps, triceps, middle deltoid and lats. We also stretch those muscles. This program also covers the GPS of the hip in abduction. ELDOA: general, T12-L1, base of greater arm and L5-S1. Of course the program ends with the GPS of the thoracic cage.
